Nena Morris is an Oklahoma Board Licensed Cosmetologist and a Sisterlockstm Consultant. Nena currently specializes in color, color correction, natural hair, dreadlocks/locs, and Sisterlockstm.

 

After graduating from Imagine Paul Mitchell in 2012, where she was trained in the latest cutting and coloring techniques; Nena began to hone her skills for natural hair. Taking her training to the next level, November 2013, Nena completed the Sisterlockstm training course. She is currently awaiting her certification to be a Certified Sisterlockstm Consultant. Nena is always attending a variety of courses and classes throughout the country, therefore she can offer her clients the lastest and finest options available.

 

Being a cosmetologist makes Nena much more than a hair stylist. It means she is trained in all aspects of hair structure, and the care and maintenance of hair. For the client it means, she can actually help you keep your hair healthy and not just make it pretty for a while.

 

Although Nena has a natural hair care specialty, she is a versatile and well trained stylist. Her client base ranges from men and women with locs and Sisterlockstm, to those getting relaxers and even to those ladies who love sew-ins. Her belief is everyone has the RIGHT to wear their hair how they choose. NO ONE should feel ashamed if they choose not to be natural.  Every thing does not work for every one, do what's best for you. This is a no judgment zone. Her only goal is to help you have the healthiest, most lovely hair possible. And if you ARE natural, great. Nena's philosophy for natural hair is: IT'S ADAPTABLE, IT'S YOURS AND LOVELY. WEAR IT HOW YOU WANT TO! She believes natural hair is just like any other hair and should be a joy, not something that has to be managed!
