SERVICES

All Sisterlocks installation appointments must be kept as they are set. These are days that I devote solely to you, unless otherwise informed. PLEASE NOTE: CONSULTATION FEES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Sisterlocks services are rendered in a safe, quiet, beautiful salon enviroment in Oklahoma City..Midwest City area.

Consultation fees are $25. An in-salon consultation is required for Sisterlocks. All quotes are valid 6 weeks after consultation due to hair growth and other hair changes.

Payment is due the day of the locking session prior to start of installation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I accept CASH, ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, and CASHIERS CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS. ABSOLUTELY, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

Arrive with hair clean, dry, and unstyled. No Lotions, No Oils, No Grease.
Be On Time. Locking Sessions can take approximately 10-15 hours each day. Every minute counts.
Bring materials and activities to occupy yourself for the duration. Books, portable dvd, music, crochet projects are ideal.
Client will need to provide own meals and snacks. Bring food; the schedule will not allow for client to make excessive trips to stores or restaurants. There will be a lunch break. You can also have food delivered. Lost time wil result in a lost time fee.
Space does not allow for any extra guests. Do not bring children.
Please notify consultant of any special medical conditions that may affect the locking session so the proper time allotment and scheduling modifications can be made.
At the end of the locking session, you will receive your Sisterlocks Starter Kit. It includes: starter shampoo, instructions for proper shampooing, tiny bands, and 'tip' sheet.

Your package includes a 3 week follow-up post installation.
Canceling or rescheduling your 3 week follow-up will effectively void it and you will be charged for a regular retightening.
Regular maintenance is required for beautiful healthy locks. Retightening should occur every 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks should be the absolute longest time a client should go between retightening.
Additional fees may apply if client goes more than 6 weeks between retightenings.
Please adhere religiously to any and all instructions from consultant. This will insure that your beautiful new Sisterlockstm settle-in properly.

Client needs to arrive with hair shampooed, free of style, oils, and any styling agents.
Consultant will shampoo client's hair for an additional fee of $7.
Styling of any kind is not included in retightening costs. Styling is additional.
Client can treat their hair to deep conditioning and hot oil treatments; treatments are different depending on the seasons.
Additional fees may apply if client goes more than 6 weeks between retightenings.

For most services provide, no special prep is needed. Shampooing is part of the service and is included in the price.
All previous styles must be taken down. Style removal is a additional fee. Please advice stylist prior to scheduling appointment to insure adequate appointment time.
If hair is excessively tangled, there is a fee for detangling.
Dreadlock/loc repair is NOT included in retwist price. Please see the list of services for fee amount or contact me at locsokc@gmail.com.
Consultation is required for dreadlock extension services. NO EXCEPTIONS.
